Designed as an out-of-the-world safe heaven/sanctuary, the villas are CENTRALLY located in the heart of a residential area and the tropical forest of Petit-Bourg in Guadeloupe.
The So Quiet Villas offer their visitors the beauty of nature paired with a luxurious accommodation.
Our villas are 300 square meters, and comprise 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a central zen/holistic garden, central air, private parking, a warmed pool.
They have been designed with an indoor-outdoor feel with smooth transition as if you lived in the wild with all the modern comfort and luxury.
Ideally located.
The Villas are ideally located in the central region of the island on the “Basse Terre” side of Guadeloupe. The main island of Guadeloupe is composed of 2 islands linked by a couple bridges. The Eastern most island is called “Grande Terre” and the Western most island is named “Basse Terre”.

Steps away from the “route de la Traversée” which is a 17 kilometers long (about 11 miles) main artery also named D23 leading just North of “Plage de Malendure” (Malendure beach), south side of the island. and slicing through the national Park of Guadeloupe (“Park National de la Guadeloupe”), a 17,300 hectare forest reserve that occupies the island interior. It is a lovely half and hour mountain drive that passes fern-covered hillsides, gum trees, thick bamboo stands and enormous mahogany trees.

A couple minute drive from the idyllic little jungle waterfall called “La Cascade aux Ecrevisses” (The Crayfish Waterfall).

“La Maison de la Forêt”, located 2kms further west, you’ll find a staffed exhibit center with a few simple displays on the forest both in French and in English including a map showcasing the parking areas for trailheads and picnic areas. From there, you can take an enjoyable 20 mins loop train or the Bras David Trail which is an hour long and goes deeper into this tropical heaven.

Ocean side !
“Plage de Malendure” (Malendure Beach), is a black-sand beach on the Basse-Terre island and is the water sports hub, home to dive shops. You can head out to the Jaques Cousteau Reserve and get a first dive certificate for new divers or dive deeper and explore the coral reef for more advance divers. It’s a great spot for families, couples, and young active professionals for a day of swimming, snorkeling, or kayaking over to the Pigeon Islands. It’s busy and social area, overlooking beautiful bluff and sea views.
